Hi, I am Christopher Chapman. Thank you for taking the time to review my work. If the photographs on this site didn’t give it away, this is a passion of mine. I have a love for the arts that has developed in me since I was a child. In fact, I went to a Performing Arts magnet high school in St Pete, and I took some classes at the Academy of Design Technology in Tampa. I really enjoyed expressing myself through all kinds of artistic media from drawing to painting; drawing and pencil art being some of my favorite ways to express my talent. What I didn’t know is that I had an eye for photography.
A highly respected and gifted photographer friend called me after seeing some of my vacation pictures (my favorite vacation spot is Hawaii) and told me that he really liked my pictures. He encouraged me to consider making it a career. I have been at it ever since, with time taken to spend with my son, of course.
