Client has purchased high resolution digital files from his or her photography session with CCHAPMAN PHOTOGRAPHY. He or she is hereby granted permission by CCHAPMAN PHOTOGRAPHY to reproduce the images described above and make an unlimited number of prints for personal use, and for limited distribution to family and friends, including but not limited to: printing, copying, emailing, and web publishing. However, all prints are restricted to (non-commercial) use and can't be used in any promotion or marketing type such as: ad, print, web, publication or wide or local distribution with written consent of photography. Commercial licensing is required for such applications.

Client agrees that he or she may not use any of the images for commercial or editorial purposes, or for entry into any contest or competition without the express written authorization of CCHAPMAN PHOTOGRAPHY.  

If client using non recommended printing service quality can not be guaranteed.  CCHAPMAN PHOTOGRAPHY retains the copyright to all images and derivative works thereof, per USC Title 17 (US Copyright Law).  

I do hereby declare and warrant that I am the copyright owner of the photos and have granted permission and license to the bearer of this notice to submit for processing or reproducing these photos. I hereby grant a non-exclusive license to reproduce these photos for personal use, and I represent that I have a legal right to grant such license.
